Today I would like to show you how you can insert a picture into a text to make a nice looking logo. All you need is Photoshop (the version I am using is Photoshop CS4) and an image. OK, lets start:

Open up Photoshop CS4 – New project: 400px x 250px; (If you don’t have yet Photoshop CS4, the newest and highly reviewed version, have a look at: Adobe, where they always have good deals.)
Select a color you like and click on the “Elliptical Marquee Tool” (be careful not to select the other “Ellipse Tool”!); draw [...]
Open Photoshop CS4
Open a new project; Preset: Web; Background: White; 640×480; Resolution: 72; Color Mode: RGB; 8 bit; Color Profile: sRGB…; Square Pixels;
If the Layers window is not open; Window: Layers;
